Drugbase - Die elektronische Datenbank für legale und illegale Drogen

This database contains legal and illegal drugs that are essential to national law enforcement authorities and scientists engaged in their forensic analysis. The data give a comprehensive survey of more than 7000 chemical agents used as marketed drugs as well as narcotic or psychotropic material that appeared on the illicit market or was published in legitimate and underground literature in the last years.
The data comprise all the psychoactive phenethylamines and tryptamines described in PiHKAL and TiHKAL and give a corresponding compound reference index to these books. The structural formulas are uniformly drawn in their precise stereochemical representation and are provided with their International Nonproprietary Names, the IUPAC-names and where possible the WHO names.
A short characterisation of the compounds concerning their therapeutic or illegal use and the Chemical Abstracts Registry Numbers is given followed by the legal categories of compounds listed on different Controlled Substances Acts (U.S., U.N. and German).
For all compounds the isotopic pattern is represented which delivers helpful information for the differentiation of isobaric compounds and the identification of new drugs by mass spectrometry in cases where a mass spectrum is not available.
A calculated gas chromatographic Kovats retention retention time index, the molecular weight with the empirical formula complete the data.
"DrugBase" comes together with a browser for all Window operating systems which allows fast search and sort processes.

Chemograph Plus Bibliothek "Structural Data of Compounds Under Control"

Diese Datenbank wird im Chemograph Plus Bibliotheks-Format geliefert und kann nur in Verbindung mit dem Programm verwendet werden. Die Datenbank enthält neben MS- und IR-Spektren zahlreiche NMR-Spektren sowie die zugehörigen Strukturformeln des PiHKAL inklusive Bezifferung, sowie alle Strukturformeln des Substanzen des BtMg.
